1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Rizz Bot mobile application ("App"), or accessing the Rizz Bot marketing website (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or the Website. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App and Website.

2. Description of Service

Rizz Bot is an AI-powered conversation helper application for iOS devices that helps users:

• Generate perfect responses for dating conversations using advanced AI technology
• Choose from 4 personality vibes (Flirty, Casual, Witty, Romantic)
• Extract text from dating app screenshots using OCR technology
• Copy generated responses directly to dating apps
• Track daily usage and maintain usage limits for free users

The Website is a static marketing site that provides information about the App and links to the App Store. The Website does not provide user accounts.

3. No Rizz Bot Account

The App does not require you to create a Rizz Bot account and we do not host your personal conversation data on our servers. Your preferences are stored locally on your device, and conversation data is processed temporarily for AI response generation only.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use for generating responses to your own dating conversations.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to generate responses for conversations that are not your own without proper authorization
• Generate inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or spam other users on dating platforms
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Upload or transmit any malicious code or harmful content

5. Paid Features and Billing

The App offers both free and premium features. Free users get 3 AI responses per day. Premium features include unlimited responses and advanced functionality through weekly subscription ($3.99/week) or lifetime purchase ($19.99). Billing is handled by Apple via your Apple ID and is subject to Apple's terms. You can manage purchases and subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Any refunds are governed by Apple's refund policies.

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 App Ownership

The App and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes on your iOS devices.

7.3 User Data

You retain ownership of any conversation data and information you input into the App. Your conversation data is processed temporarily for AI response generation and is not permanently stored by us. We do not use your personal conversation data for training or improving AI models.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Dating and Relationship Advice

The App is for generating conversation responses only. It does not provide dating advice, relationship counseling, or guarantee romantic success. Generated responses are AI-created suggestions and should be used with discretion. Consult with qualified professionals for relationship guidance.

8.2 Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the App's AI-generated responses are error-free, appropriate for all situations, or will achieve desired outcomes. You should review and customize all generated responses before use.

8.3 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. If you have a subscription, you should cancel it through your Apple ID account settings.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Updates and Changes

12.1 App Updates

We may release updates to the App from time to time. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.

12.2 Terms Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Third-Party Services

The App relies on OpenAI's services for AI response generation, Apple services including App Store for payment processing and optional crash diagnostics if you opt in via iOS settings. The Website is hosted and may use font delivery providers to serve content. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, including OpenAI's usage policies.

14. Governing Law

These Terms apply to the extent permitted by the laws of your place of residence. If you reside in the United States, the laws of your state govern these Terms; otherwise, the laws of your country of residence apply. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements.
