1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TodoList mobile application ("App"), or accessing the TodoList marketing website (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or the Website. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App and Website.

2. Description of Service

TodoList is a personal task management application for iOS devices that helps users:

• Create, organize, and manage personal tasks and to-do lists
• Set up recurring tasks with various patterns (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)
• Add deadlines and time-based reminders for tasks
• View tasks in calendar format and upcoming task lists
• Create subtasks and organize complex projects
• Store data locally on your device using SwiftData

The Website is a static marketing site that provides information about the App and links to the App Store. The Website does not provide user accounts.

3. No TodoList Account

The App does not require you to create a TodoList account and we do not host your personal task data on TodoList-operated servers. Your data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use for managing your own tasks and to-do lists.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to manage tasks that are not your own without proper authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Upload or transmit any malicious code or harmful content

5. Paid Features and Billing

The App offers premium features through subscription plans:

• Weekly Plan: $2.99/week with 3-day free trial
• Lifetime Plan: $19.99 one-time purchase

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 App Ownership

The App and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes on your iOS devices.

7.3 User Data

You retain ownership of any task data and information you input into the App. However, you grant us a license to use this data solely for providing and improving the App's services.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Productivity Advice

The App is for organizing and managing tasks only. It does not provide professional productivity advice, project management consulting, or business recommendations. Consult with qualified professionals for business or productivity guidance.

8.2 Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the App's task management, reminders, or scheduling features are error-free. You should verify all important task information independently.

8.3 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. If you have a subscription, you should cancel it through your Apple ID account settings.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Updates and Changes

12.1 App Updates

We may release updates to the App from time to time. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.

12.2 Terms Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

The App may rely on Apple services, including App Store for data synchronization and optional crash diagnostics if you opt in via iOS settings. The Website is hosted and may use font delivery providers to serve content. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

14. Governing Law

These Terms apply to the extent permitted by the laws of your place of residence. If you reside in the United States, the laws of your state govern these Terms; otherwise, the laws of your country of residence apply. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements.
